What is User Experience?

Nowadays, with so much emphasis on user-centered design, describing and justifying the importance of designing and enhancing the user experience seems almost unnecessary. We could simply say, “It’s important because it deals with our users’ needs — enough said,” and everyone would probably be satisfied with that. But it's more than that, it's interface design, human interaction design, and content strategy to name a few. It speaks to developing your brand so it has the largest impact for your client base. To combine all of these elements is hard. In fact, it takes a lot of work. But we are up to the task.
